Delivery and returns
Packages are usually shipped within 48h after payment receipt. Depending their weight and destination, they are shipped trough COLISSIMO, LETTRE SUIVIE or "petit paquet prio international". Link and tracking number are systematically emailed after shipping.
We follow all international shipping rules, including but not limited to: Correct amount of invoices accessible from out of the package, CN23 form carefully filled with accurate tariff schedule, VAT rules. We update our knowledge for any shipping to new destination before proceeding.
We selected cheapest reliable shipping companies available from France, but feel free to ask us about different company if you feel it will better suit your needs.
Anyway, packing is free on GATARIS.
Shipping is charged exact cost up to 2kg Package. Over 2kg Package, shipping is discounted.
We take much care with our packing. From our creation in 2007, we encountered only two complaint. However, if your package look damaged, please check the content before accept it.

Our products are warranted against defect in accordance with EU rules. Moreover, you can change your mind after you receive your product (you can read our general selling rules about those topics).
Thus, returns are most often possible.
